Merry Christmas and a happy..
Since I will be flying out this coming Friday night to spend my christmas and new year in Malaysia I wanted to wish all my wonderful blogging friends the very best for the festive session.
It has been a fantastic year meeting everyone here and having you all support me through my dreams and goals. I couldn't have done it without you guys :-).
I will be back around the 3rd Jan.
I have been training really hard and this is my last week to continue at this pace until my holiday. Then I will rest whilst im away. When I get back Dad will have a new program ready to go and I will hit the "go" button and not let go until my next comp in April.
I have put on some weight and look good for it. I have my boobs back and as Shania would say "Man, I feel like a woman"!
Hopefully I can maintain this weight over the holiday's. I have a wedding to attend (the main reason for going) and many other plans whilst there. This means food and lots of it. I have to pace myself lol.

I know that you have made my year a huge learning experience not to mention had a ball meeting you :)
Can't wait to see the changes you create for yourself in the new year.
nothing worse then loosing your boobs, coming from a girl that has ALOT hehe i knnow when i started my weightloss and harder training i went from a huge 22DD down to a size 14-16DD and that was a huge thing to get used to! But i was able to see my toes and touch them and run without getting black eyes LOL

Thanks sweetheart, but I'm as good as gold. Nothing keeps me down, that's one thing you already know about me. LOL!! Have a fabulous time in Malaysi and know that we're all jealous of you.
