Coming and going
I haven't been posting because we went to Canberra last week to catch up with my wonderful parents, and this Friday we are off to Sydney to see more family!
Travel has been keeping me extremely busy so im hoping the Sydney trip is the last getaway im having until after the comps.
Speaking of which I am going to compete in the Female Fusion comp coming up April 22nd with the WNBF. Their is speculation as to wheather its going ahead or not but I will find out within the next day or so. Im hoping it's going ahead because its being held on the Gold Coast. I would prefer not to have to drive up to Brisbane if possible. So fingers crossed it goes ahead.
Comp prep is awesome this time around :-). I feel so in control and less stressed, in fact not stressed at all, im enjoying it! So it's all going well with my training and nutrition is spot on.
I will update again soon :-)

Great to hear everythings going well!! I find the longer I compete the less stressed I am about it. You'll be an old pro in no time ;o) It's because you know what to expect. Mind you though, the higher the level you compete at, the more it seems the nerves come back. I think I'll be a basket case again by the time I compete in Open... LOL!! Still love it though, nerves and all... it makes you feel alive!! xxx

Hi Deb,
I also have some travel pending this year and may need some tips on how to manage the training and diet whilst away from home. Its making me quite nervous.

Hi Deb
There is another comp on the Gold Coast on May 27? (i think). It is a WFF comp held at the Southport RSL. My current plan is to do the INBA comp and the WFF comp. Personally I am sticking with the established federations. I will be competing in Open Short Class with INBA and Miss Athletic not sure whether I'm class 1 or 2. They have height and weight specifications, so whatever class the shorty's are!
Great to see you are on track even with your travelling. Good Effort!
Cheers
