Raisin Toast

I cannot stop thinking about eating a thick slice of raisin toast with butter. Yummmmmm.
This craving has been hanging around for about four days now, not fair.
I know what your thinking, "it's ok to have one slice it wont hurt at all". Well I agree, but my fear is I wont stop at one, no way will I stop at one. I will loose all self control. I can't afford to do that, not now, not now that I am in week six with no cheats at all.
I think that's how I have been so good with my diet. I haven't eaten the foods for fear and knowledge that I will loose it completely. Unfortunately its all or nothing with me.
Craving are such a mind game. The more you fight it, the more you want it. So I decided to blog about it, get it out in the open, have a picture of it, make it for my son's breakfast this morning, just to see if that will help get it out of my system without having to eat it lol. I guess Im trying to make myself sick of it. You think im obsesed don't you? Or you think i've completely lost it this time. I don't blame you lol.

Ok, I think im getting better already. Wait! Let me have another look at the picture.
No, not over it yet.
Perhaps we give it some more time.
On another topic, I was really stoked to read Beki and Tracey's blogs today. You gals are going for gold. Well done.
Is there anything that you're allowed to eat that will help with your cravings??
I know fruit is great for my sweet cravings or even a nice sweet carrot, It doesn't always work but now my cravings are fewer.
Tough it out hun you have come sooo far and after yesterday's acheiment you know what you are doing and the sacrifices you have made are paying off:)

Tracey, Im so sorry for passing on the craving lol. I didn't think that would happen. Honesty! doh.
Hi Em,
It's not really a sweet craving as I have 4 to 5 protein shakes a day and they taste sweet. I also drink a Pepsi max when I need a sugar hit.
I think its the bread im missing, haven't had it in almost 6 weeks now.
Thanks for your wonderful words of encouragement, this helps soo much.

I haven't had bread for about six weeks either now - I don't really find I miss it as I'm not really a fan of bread anyway (I don't like the way it goes all doughy in my mouth - bleurgh!). But ooh, the smell of raisin toast covered in butter.....Now I want some hahaha!
That's a lot of protein shakes Splice - do you get time to eat any "real" food? lol :)

Wow!
Actually, I have decided to replce some of my meals with protein shakes - just because at the moment I seem to have a bit of a problem where when I start to eat I don't want to stop! Food in liquid form seems to alleviate this a little....
PS I left you a "pressie" on my blog ;)
