Welcome to my blog! Or perhaps I should say "inside my head". Thanks to Lia I have now decided to write about my dreams and goals in persuing my desired physique and perhaps one day standing on that stage I keep dreaming about. I encourge anyone's comments at anytime. :-)
It was a fantastic day :) One i will definantly remember forever, but i hope to attend many comps in the coming years aspecially once bubs is born then i can really channle all that fantastic energy into my own workouts:) Glad that you have had a wonderfull time off training, but when you get back into it can you do alittle extra for me too;) Em:)
OMG Deb that pic is very noice. Now I always thought that you must be so tall but now I am not sure, how tall r u?
I do suppose it would take a while to actually gain weight as your metabolism would be on full steam still. After my last 12 weeks i kept on loosing weight still for the next three months before i could put anything on again.
LOL Tracey, you should be asking Meggie and Em how tall they are. Yes they are towering over me hehe. Im not very tall, somewhere around the 166cm mark. Rest is over now (thank goodness) I trained today and feel fantastic.
Hi Deb - those two girls do make you look short - and you aren't really short! Hopw everything is going well for you - you should be happy again by now after half a week back in the gym! Andjxx
Booo! I'm back!!! I sweetie. This is my first day back in blog world and I had to see how you were going. Absolutely fantastically I see.
Where have I been? In Thailand and Singapore. Perry and I celebrated my 40th on Koh Samui (gorgeous island and gorgeous beautiful people). I'm back in the world of "reality". The reality of work, bills and more work and bills. I shouldn't complain, I've had a pretty amazing year and my trip to Asia put the icing on the cake.
I look forward to reading more amazing stories. Take care.
Having completed my Cert III and Cert IV in Personal Training it is my desire to help people achieve a healthy lifestyle by guiding them in the right direction and supporting them 100 percent.
Life is too short, I have learnt so much about myself since I starting competing as a figure bodybuilder, never give up on your dreams, don't let an opportunity slip through your fingers and never have regrets!
Always treasure your true friends as they are with you for life.
Love the photo Deb. Patience my dear girl, they'll be in your mail box soon enough. LOL!! :o) xo
