What to write about?

I think I have bloggers block. I really didn't know what to write today. Let's see if I can think of something.
Just a little under three weeks to go.....it's good and its bad. No actually it's more good then bad. The bad bit is just the stage fright thingy I keep having. The good part is that I finally get to live my dream of competing and also I am hanging for a wood fired pizza so that part will be great.
Last week was a very difficult week with my illness. I think (and it's all my head) that I went from too thin, after not keeping anything down, to feeling flabby again. But we are all going through those thoughts anyway so I guess its normal.
One thing that is important to me that I would like to mention is the friendship and support that is going on through all of this, and I dont just mean for me, I mean everyone supporting everybody else. How special and important is that?
Training: Still going very strong and haven't had to scale back the weights yet, but I am getting tired alot faster which is to be expected.
Cardio: Have just been "told" to cut back. Not easy for me to do but at the risk of loosing muscles I will have to do as im told!
Nutrition: Had dramas with it last week due to illness but its all perfect again now.
Posing: What's that? I know, I should be practising but my head is else where right now and im better off leaving it for a day or so.
I just want to enjoy the day and not be stressed because it has taken alot to get there and it will be over in no time. Just like my wedding day. Over a year of preperations and then it was over so very quickly. But I have the best memories and photo's to remember it by.
hey there,
great to hear that you are back on track. i'm starting to get the 'stage fright thingy' too which is to be expected considering we're gonna be up there in front of hundreds in a bikini...sorry to remind you hehe!!
keep up the great work....you sound like you are cruising along nicely....not long to go now! and exactly, it may be done and dusted in no time but at least we'll have the memories (some not so good) and photos to look back on! i can't wait to show my little boy the photos when he's older and him think "oh my god, my mum was hot!!!" (and still is, hopefully!) hehe.
can't wait to see your photos...I can't wait to see everyone's photos!!
later ;o)

Don't leave that posing too long. After all that is what it is all about when you are up there. Pose, pose, pose.

Great post Deb. It's so funny I get those days too. Up and down. Am looking forward to becoming more social after the comp. Would love to come down from the Coast to see you for the day. We can reminisce our achievements over a delicious pizza together! Stay strong!

Try not to "think" about the posing, but incorporate it into your life everyday. I told JD yesterday that I practice my posing at every chance I get - even in the lifts at work (but only when I'm on my own). In fact, I'm practising holding my chest up as we speak!
I'm hitting the solarium tonight - time to get some tan happening!
One step at a time.

been keeping an eye on your Deb!!!! You must be doing really well to scale down on the cardio - remember to listen to Josh so you don't lose muscle definition!!
The fact you will be surrounded by friends and family should make the day easier for you....so wish I could be there to support you but I will be thinking of you all day.
You must get back and blog about it all the first chance you get because we all want to know how you go!!!!
