Quick Update
Last week I hit the weights again after a week off, it felt great to get back into the gym. I did feel sore the day after each body part I had exercised but that's ok because I love that sore feeling.
As for my diet I have to admit I did go on a bit of an eating binge for about two days lol. I loved every minute of it. Now that I have that out of my system I have been a good girl again and jumped right back into my diet.
My goals now are to loose more BF and maintain/add muscle tone. I will be looking into new ways I can achieve this so I will be doing a lot of reading and researching and experimenting into different things. I will keep you guys updates for sure.

You know i haven't a binge in ages!!! its great to know that as i was the binge queen :(
And even when i eat off plan its not as bad as i think these days its usually something like homemade bread or extra brown rice LOL it sounds so funny now :)
I have been chocie free for almost a week now too so thats fantastic:)
I can't believe the changes in you its so great to be a part of your journey:)

Glad to here from you once more!! I really do hope that I dont make it through to the finals of Miss Bikini just so that I can meet you at the end of the month!! Otherwise there will be other times!! If I do go I will be there on the 27th in the early evening and then will be leaving sometime after the show on the 28th, very quick trip, but I will be down that way again in about 2 months so never fear we will eventually get to meet!! Have fun with your new life challenge.

I know what you mean honey!! I flew back in on the Sunday from the Nationals and everyone seemed surprised when I rocked up at the gym 5.30am Monday morning (usual time) to hit the weights again!!
Glad to hear you enjoyed a couple of days off the diet, but am absolutely more stoked to hear it was only a couple of days... you are doing awesome!!
Of course now that you have updated, I will be watching Beki's blog for the funny pics of Beki in skins and backwards shorts!! LMAO xxx
