Hamstrings!!
Today I did back and hamstrings. (Picture was taken yesterday). I don't really talk about my weight training much so I thought I would today :-)
I only noticed the other day that my hamstrings have increased in size and I think it has a lot to do with the leg press machine.
I do heavy weights but low reps on the leg press followed by leg curls which are higher reps.
My quads are now done on a seperate day to my hamstrings. I actually like doing it this way as it gives me a chance to hammer them and not worry about loosing strength for the other muscle group.
Anyway, nothing much more to go with lol. My mind is elsewhere right now.

I love the leg press, and i too have split my leg day into two so that i can "Hammer" them with out a care LOL

Noice hammy's splice - hopefully i will get to catch up with u this weekend, i will let u know closer to the end of the week if I am coming down their. will be a bit of a flying trip if i do, i finish work on saturday at 3.30 so will be in brissy late sat night and then back home virtually straight after the show on sunday!! will keep u posted.

Nice hammies. I wish I had strong hamstrings. They have been the bane of my sporting life. Leg presses you say. Do squats help too?

Hey Dave!
Yes leg press only if you position your feet high on the platform, otherwise you will use your quads.
Squats are good too, but you must do full squats (butt to the ground) to effect the hamstring, otherwise you are using the quads.
Leg curls are great ;-)

That is not fair splice...you know I hate my hamstrings...lol!!!
Grrrr..they look great! I am training them hard but nothing..oh well what does one do!!
