Since starting my diet I have grown an addiction to "cucumbers".
I eat them with my lean meat (chicken breast) for dinner. My hubby peals them and cuts them up for me so all I do is add salt and away I go!

Nutritional facts:

This food is low in Saturated Fat, and very low in Cholesterol and Sodium. It is also a good source of Vitamin A, Pantothenic Acid, Magnesium, Phosphorus and Manganese, and a very good source of Vitamin C, Vitamin K and Potassium.

Salt on Cucumbers? Will have to give it a try... thanks

LOVE my cucumbers, but would have to say my biggest addiction is tomatoes. Mum used to always have to make sure there were tomatoes in the house... she said I used to go into withdrawals without them.

A lot of trainers won't let competitors eat tomatoes because they class them as a fruit, but my coach says I can eat as many as I like... so I do :)

It's great to see you blogging... it's a great tool not only to keep you focussed, but to keep in touch with other people who have the same interests. I'm glad you've joined our little group :)

Rae, sounds like you have a good trainer. You know it is said that the cucumber is known to be a fruit! Go figure lol.
Thank you for making me feel welcome.

Thanks for stopping by Wobbly ;-)
