Figure V's Physique
"Please Help" is what this heading should say!
I really need more help with knowing the differences between "figure" competitors and "physique" competitors.
Lia did mention that in figure they pose with open hands and where heels. And I heard that physique is more muscle and leaner. leaner? looking at Lia's and Rae's pics, how can you possibly be leaner?
So anyway my dilemma is which way do I go? When I first met Josh I sent him my pictures prior to starting my program and he mentioned I should compete in Physique.
I really want to remain as feminine as possible so this concerns me a little.
Last night I asked him again. Basically he said that Physique competitors are still feminine. And that it was up to me to decide. Me decide? Im a libran lol. I change my mind every single minute! I still feel that he is leaning toward Physique, but that's just a hunch.
So if anyone reads this and would like to comment, I would love some help. Or perhaps (now im pushing it) someone could write about it in there blog :-). Either way I would appreciate it.
I'm not totally sure on the difference but I always thought that Figure was more girly?

I had a look at the sites and can see a huge difference.
To put it simply, I don't think I could achieve the "Physique" style for competition (taking into account I just veiwed professionals), it just seems that the size is much, much bigger.
Is something like that even achieveable "naturally"?
